Hi all!! Welcome to my 2013 NCAA Men's College Basketball Tournament Website.

This year the tournament will again have FOUR play-in games. The software that I use doesn't support FOUR play-in games, so we're simply going to use the standard 64 team format and we will place the winners of the play-in games into their play-in bracket slots. This is exactly how we've handled the single play-in game in past years.

Two of the play-ins feed a #16 seed. One feeds a #13 and the last feeds an #11. Since the "real" 1st Round game starts on Thursday at noon, that's the deadline for submitting your picks.

How soon can you submit your picks? As soon as you're comfortable with your selections. In other words, you don't have to wait until Thursday to submit your picks.

The way I see it, the two 16 seed play-in teams won't have a chance in hell to beat the #1 seed teams so it really comes down to the 13 and 11 seed playin game winners. The 13 seed winner will be playing 4 seed Kansas State. The 11 seed winner will be playing 6 seed Memphis.

If you want to wait until the play-in games are completed so you know the complete 64-team field before submitting your picks, no problem., wait. But since they're 11, 13, and 16 seeds, it probably isn't going to make any difference.
