Message From Pool Commissioner
OK...so I'm back from vacation and finally able to update the pool. We were able to watch the games on our cruise ship's giant outdoor screen. Lots of basketball fans and many were supporting the Spartans!!

Congratulations to Dan Briggs for winning a very close contest. The top five were separated by only 2 points. Dan's strong first three rounds enabled him to win the 1st place tie-breaker over Bob Girvin.

Laurie Rasmussen edged out Terry Strauss in a tie-breaker and won third.

Melvin Frazier finished in fifth and tied Dan for the highest pick percentage (66.7).

Honorable mention (no cash) goes to Brent Rankin and my wife Cathy Meska for being 1 point out of the money.

Dishonorable mention goes to John DeRose for finishing last with a correct pick percentage of 42.9%. John, here's a suggestion....next year....flip a coin.
